Participants highlighted how cultural and educational factors influence women's participation in technology and emphasized the importance of encouraging more young people to pursue careers across the broad range of roles available within the sector.
A key theme was the need to better connect education and industry, strengthen pathways into the labour market, and ensure that available talent is fully utilized.
